As one of the nation's top logistics providers, Matson Integrated Logistics extends the reach of the company's transportation network, offering customers domestic and international rail intermodal service, long haul and regional highway brokerage, expedited/air freight services and LTL transportation services, as well as third-party logistics services that include warehousing, distribution, and freight forwarding through the subsidiary, Matson Global Distribution Services (Matson Global).

A&B Properties, Inc. is a diversified real estate commercial and development company, which is comprised of land stewardship, planning, entitlement and development to enhance the value of the A&B's lands, in keeping with community needs.

A&B owns over 89,000 acres throughout Hawaii. By identifying and pursuing developments that enhance value from raw land holdings, and reinvesting tax-deferred proceeds from these efforts into new developments and a portfolio of income-producing properties, A&B Properties creates value for shareholders and has created a diverse income stream that is resilient to market cycles.

A&B Properties owns, operates and manages over 7 million square feet of industrial, retail and office properties in Hawaii and throughout the U.S. Mainland. Once limited only to its historical landholdings, A&B Properties development activities have been expanded to the U.S. Mainland, and this diversification into new places, using new ways such as joint ventures, has allowed A&B to leverage its development expertise, market knowledge and capital resources.

Agribusiness

A&B agribusiness units are leading producers of raw sugar, specialty food-grade sugars, roasted and green coffee utilizing nearly 40,000 acres of the A&B's historical lands.

In addition, the agribusiness units are a significant, sustainable producer of electricity through hydro-electric facilities on the islands of Maui and Kauai, and through co-generation of bagasse at its sugar plant.

Sugar is marketed under the Maui Brand and Sugar in the Raw brands, while Kauai Coffee is marketed and distributed through the agribusiness' national sales force. The sugar plantation is recognized as a leader in sustainable farming and water management practices, underscoring the company's commitment to the environment and the communities it serves.
